Policies

Children: For the comfort of our guests and the safety of little ones, please arrange for child care prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cell Phones: For the relaxation of our guests, please switch your cell phone to silent, and try to keep conversations quiet and censored.

Cancellations: Bella Luna requests 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. Guests failing to show will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. 

Service Policy: If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact Bella Luna within 3 days of your visit. No refunds will be given for services rendered; however, the same stylist will work with you to address and remedy the challenge.

Return Policy: We are dedicated to the satisfaction of our guests. Should you find that a product you have purchased from us is not working for you, please bring it back to us within 30 days and more than half full, and we will gladly exchange it for you or issue you a Bella Luna retail credit. However, according to Aveda Corporation, all makeup and aroma sales must be final. 

Bridal & Spa Packages: Because of the great amount of time required for these appointments, credit card information is required when booking Bridal and Package appointments, and for any other appointments the Bella Luna Team sees fit. We request 48 hours notice of cancellation for long appointments. No show guests will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Event Policy: Deposits for events are non-refundable. If an appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment, the guest will receive the deposit back in the form of a Bella Luna retail credit.
